Takamine EG230, How 'Bout It?

At Guitarcenter they have a Takamine EG230 on AD for $199.99 (List: $499.99). I figure for the price, I can't possibly go wrong. However before I go and buy it, I was wondering if any of you have used it and what it is like. I am rather new to the guitar world, have messed around with my electric (Ibanez Roadstar Series II), but really havn't gotten into it to much. I really want an acoustic sound, and have heard great things about Takamine, and great things about Acoustic/Electric. I visited Takamine.com, however I could no find any info on the EG230. The AD says it has a TK-3N preamp. That brings up another question, what is the big difference between the various preamps?

I appreciate any and all info. Thanks a bunch in advance.

Hello Kytis my good friend,Yes i think you should buy the Guitar at once.Go out there and get it!!I brought mine in Boston and i am very pleased with the sound and the PREAMP.So have fun.Bye Bye Takus
