I recently noted a Takamine EAN40C 12 string for sale but it had no case...Do Takamine cases have a serial# and is there a listing anywhere that one can equate to a particular model of guitar...Thanks Ron.

TKL cases are made for Takamines. I have a EG523SC with a TKL case with "Takamine" on it. Well made, very heavy, can take a bit of a beating. I'd recommend a TKL case.
